Summary: Cox Consulting and CivaTerra prepared the Interpretative Plan and the Management Plan for the Sebastian Creek Conservation Area, a conservation property owned by Indian River County. Several historic homesteads and the headwaters of the St. Sebastian River are located on the property. CivaTerra prepared a trail map for the area as well as a GIS soil survey and vegetative cover analysis for inclusion in the Management Plan.
