Client: Indian River County

Summary: CivaTerra, in partnership with Kimley-Horn and Associates, assisted Indian River County implement school concurrency by preparing an Interlocal Agreement, the Public School Facilities Element of the County's Comprehensive Plan, and the supporting data and analysis. These documents were prepared under the State of Florida's School Concurrency Pilot Program and served as model documents for all local governments and School Boards in the state.
