Project: School Facilities Planning

Client: School Board of Brevard County

Summary: Working with School Board staff, CivaTerra developed student population projections and student generation rates. CivaTerra collected residential development activity data from all local governments in Brevard County and utilized these data to improve the accuracy of the student population projections. CivaTerra also assisted the School Board implement School Concurrency and provides continuing planning services to the Facilities Department.

Summary: CivaTerra provides continuing planning services to the District and assists in the development of Five-Year Work Plans, school redistricting, map production, population projections, and manages the District's GIS data.
